Dear Members,

We are accepting bids for the painting of the entire exterior building at 90 Riverdale Road, Riverdale, NJ. The AACC will provide all paint needed and should be excluded from bid.
All bids are due May 20, 2022 at 11 am. The successful bidder will be obligated to start work May 23rd, 2022 and be completed by June 24, 2022.

We are also accepting bids to replace front entrance tiles at 90 Riverdale Road, Riverdale, NJ. All tiles, adhesive and grout will be provided by the AACC and should be excluded from the bid. All bids are due May 20, 2022 at 11 am. The successful bidder will be obligated to start work May 23rd, 2022 and be completed by June 24, 2022.
