But that still leaves us just short of our goal to be debt free, so with that said we will be at the center tonight from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturday from 1 pm to 4 pm and next week Monday to Friday from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturday from 1 pm to 4 pm.
We are trying to pay off the the mortgage as soon as possible to avoiding pay the internist for next month and of course to be debt free.

We, the board of the Albanian American Cultural Center are asking each and every one of our members to come along on a very important mission. Our objective goal is to collect enough funds to pay off the remaining mortgage balance which stands at $272,414.

Our monthly interest payment in 2018 was $3,789 totaling $45,463 for the year, which is a huge loss to the organization.

We are asking ALL 370 plus members of the organization to pay their membership upfront for the next 4 years. This will eliminate our mortgage causing us to be DEBT FREE!!!

We also encourage everyone to start or continue to make payment towards their $3,000 obligation.

These are the final steps in taking the organization to the next level.

Let’s work together and make this happen!

Ne, bordi i Qendrës Shqiptare Amerikane të Kulturës i kërkojmë secilës prej anëtarëve tanë të vijnë së bashku në një mision shumë të rëndësishëm. Qëllimi ynë objektiv është që të mbledhim fonde të mjaftueshme për të paguar balancën e mbetur të hipotekës që është $272,414.

Pagesa aktuale mujore e interesit është $3,789, që arrin në $45,463 për vitin 2018, e cila është një humbje e madhe për Organizatën.

Ne jemi duke kërkuar 370 anëtarët të Qendrës në mundësitë e tyre të japin kontrobutin e tyre duke paguar anëtarësimin e tyre për 2019 si dhe sipas mundësive të tyre të paguajnë dhe për vitet e ardhshme. Kjo do të eliminojë hipotekën tonë dhe mos kemi asnjë interes !

Ne gjithashtu inkurajojmë të gjithë që të fillojnë ose të vazhdojnë të bëjnë pagesa në drejtim të obligimit të tyre prej $3,000.

Ky është hapi përfundimtar në marrjen e Organizatës , prandaj le të punojmë së bashku dhe ta bëjmë këtë të ndodhë!
