Our objective goal is to collect enough funds to pay off the remaining mortgage balance which stands at $272,414. <\/p>\n Our monthly interest payment in 2018 was $3,789 totaling $45,463 for the year, which is a huge loss to the organization. <\/p>\n We are asking ALL 370 plus members of the organization to pay their membership upfront for the next 4 years.
